HISTORYLittle 5 Points has a rich history as a thriving commercial district in Atlanta since the early 1900s. L5P is zoned a neighborhood commercial district that is joined together by state highway Moreland Avenue. L5P is located within the Inman Park neighborhood, Fulton County and Candler Park neighborhood, Dekalb County. Today, L5P is home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, services, live music venues and performing arts theaters. |

l5p mini precinctSince July 1999, The L5P Business Association has maintained the space for our Little 5 Points Atlanta Police Department Mini-Precinct. Funds from our annual fundraising event, L5P Halloween Festival and Parade, business owners, property owners, Inman Park and Candler Park neighborhoods have supported this public safety presence in our community. Staffed 40 hours per week by an Atlanta Police Officer. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CALL 911 FIRST! | HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL AND PARADE2021 L5PBA Halloween Monsterfest and Cavalcade October 15, 16 and 17, 2021 This year the Little 5 Points (L5P) Halloween Festival and Parade has morphed into a Monsterfest and Cavalcade. Keep your peepers out for more information. We have lots of festEVIL fun planned for October to raise money. Last year's COVID epidemic and 2019's freaky rain hit us doubly hard in the pocketbook. We need your SUPPORT so we can do it up right in 2022 (and for L5P neighborhood improvements too).
